What a waste of time!! Very unproffesional doctor, didnt have even the most basic knowlage of epilepsy. Did not do a thing to try and treat the condition further. Was very rude, concieted and arrogant. Just gave up on us. Asked to go elsewhere as wouldnt want to see him ever again. Avoid at all costs. Suprised he has any patients left.

Dr Hackett is a great doctor. He’s really helped with keeping me Up to date and getting all my tests done and this was all done very quickly. Dr Hackett also took the time out of his own time to write a letter I needed off him and he new how stressed I was about the situation and wrote me a letter that helped me with work and Finances. I Would highly recommend Dr Hackett.

Conceited, self-righteous manner and yet didn't possess even a basic understanding of the most common of mental illnesses. Need I say any more? One has to ask oneself how a "doctor" with a track record such as his is allowed to maintain his position. Also, the two reviews below mine are obviously fake.

I find Dr Hackett to be courteous and friendly each time I visit him, putting me completely at my ease. He talks to me at my level and carefully explains any medications he is recommending and why, including any side effects I might expect. His examination was extremely thorough. He listened patiently to my problems, encouraging me not to miss anything out. At no time in the consultation did I feel rushed. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends, or anyone else for that matter.

I would have no hesitation in my loved one or myself seeing Dr Hackett. During the consultation he was caring, attentive, understanding and assessed and diagnosed my husband's condition in a totally professional manner. We are eternally grateful to Dr Hackett and his team.
